上海市长宁区虹桥街道社区卫生服务中心位于虹桥路中山西路，是一所集预防、保健、医疗、康复、健康教育、计划生育技术指导六位一体的一级综合性医院，中心于2010年1月正式运行，是全国示范社区卫生服务中心、上海市医保定点医院、上海市文明单位、全国示范社区卫生服务中心、上海市全科规范化培养社区教学基地、上海中医药特色示范中心。中心下设2个团队，3个标准化服务站，5个家庭医生工作室。现有职工118人，其中卫生技术人员102人，实际开放床位48张。中心承担着虹桥街道4.1平方公里辖区内1.8万户约6.2万居民的六位一体的社区卫生服务重任，为社区居民提供方便、高效、优质、低廉的服务，深受社区居民欢迎。
