天津恒隆建筑工程技术检验有限公司（代号为TJHL）是第三方检验检测机构，具有独立企业法人资格，统一社会信用代码：911201167676181136。本公司原名是“天津五建建筑工程有限公司试验室”，成立于1956年，是经天津市建委批准的具有建筑行业试验室资质等级证书的企业一级实验室，改为现公司名称后，2004年11月8日通过天津市工商注册登记成为独立法人单位。2006年6月通过天津市质量技术监督局的计量认证，同时又获得天津市建委见证取样资质的认可，于2009年8月获得天津市建交委专项检测资质的认可，于2012年2月获得中国合格评定国家认可委员会认可资格，具有对外见证取样、专项检测的检验检测试验机构。本公司接受政府部门、社团组织、企事业单位及个人的委托，对建设工程、产品、材料的质量进行检验检测，以保护国家、生产者、经营者、消费者的利益，促进建筑工程质量的提高。本公司设有管理办公室和2个综合检测室。综合检测室包括：建筑材料检测室[钢筋（含焊接与机械连接）力学性能检验，砂、石常规检验，简易土工试验，防水材料检验，用于承重结构的墙体材料检验、装饰装修材料及工程]，[水泥物理力学性能检验，混凝土、砂浆强度检验，建筑节能检测、建筑门窗及中空玻璃、防护用品、施工机具]；外检室[结构工程质量检测、建筑节能工程现场检测、门窗现场检测（含气密、水密、淋水）、室内空气检测、钢结构材料、钢结构工程]。
