CICC Jiangxi Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") is a joint venture established by China International Engineering Consulting Corporation and the Jiangxi Provincial Development and Reform Commission in response to the national call for promoting central-local cooperation, and is a tier-three enterprise of a central state-owned enterprise. The Company was established in August 2013, and its main business includes engineering consulting, bidding agency, engineering supervision, and engineering management. It holds comprehensive Grade A credit for engineering consulting, as well as Grade A credit in six specialties including building, municipal public engineering, highway, ecological construction and environmental engineering, light industry, and agriculture and forestry, along with Grade A special credit for PPP, Grade B engineering supervision qualification, project management qualification, bidding agency qualification, and government procurement qualification. It has also been selected into the PPP consulting agency databases of the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Finance, the Jiangxi Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the Provincial Department of Finance, and various district-level development and reform commissions and finance departments. It has also been rated as a National High-tech Enterprise and a Leading Enterprise in Jiangxi Province's service industry. Since its establishment, the Company has been committed to providing high-quality engineering consulting services to government departments at all levels, public institutions, enterprises, financial institutions, and other entities. It has achieved nine firsts in the industry: first, it compiled Jiangxi Province's first planning social stability risk assessment; second, it compiled Jiangxi Province's first regional energy conservation report; third, it compiled Jiangxi Province's first social stability risk assessment and analysis report; fourth, it compiled Jiangxi Province's first energy conservation assessment report; fifth, it compiled Jiangxi Province's first project application report; sixth, it compiled Jiangxi Province's first funding application report; seventh, it compiled the work plan for the dual-innovation demonstration base in Jiangxi Province's first new area; eighth, it compiled the implementation plan for the circular economy pilot in Jiangxi Province's first industrial park; and ninth, it organized and implemented Jiangxi Province's first agent-construction system pilot project. The Company will strive to become a first-class consulting management company.
