It was formed through the integration of the former Shanghai Chemical Design Institute Co., Ltd. and the former China Huangqiu Engineering Company Shanghai Branch. The company currently has nearly 500 employees, with shareholders including China Huangqiu Engineering Company, Shanghai Chemical Industry Park Development Co., Ltd., and Zhejiang Rongsheng Holding Group Co., Ltd. China Huangqiu Engineering Company is the major shareholder and is responsible for the company's main management.
The company's main business scope includes: engineering general contracting, engineering consulting, engineering design, and design of pressure vessels and pressure pipelines.
