Beijing Huanqiu is technology-led and design-driven, integrating consulting, R&D, design, procurement, construction management, start-up guidance, and financing. It is an international engineering company with comprehensive capabilities in project management contracting (PMC) and engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contracting. Over the past more than 60 years, the company has completed more than 2000 cross-industry consultancy, design, construction, and EPC projects for large- and medium-sized domestic and international projects.
