Kailong High-Tech Co., Ltd., established in 2001, is a national high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, production, sales, and after-sales service. It is a National Enterprise Technology Center, a laboratory accredited by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS), and a National Postdoctoral Research Station. In addition to its headquarters, Kailong High-Tech also has Kailong Technology Research Institute, Kailong Lanfeng New Material Technology Co., Ltd., and Jiangsu Kailong Baodun Power Technology Co., Ltd., covering a total area of over 230 mu and employing more than 1,200 staff.

Kailong High-Tech follows the R&D policy of "producing one generation, developing one generation, and reserving one generation," and has developed and produced high-tech products such as diesel engine aftertreatment systems meeting China VI standards, selective catalytic reduction (SCR) systems for vehicle/marine diesel engines, active/passive regeneration particulate filter systems (DPF), CNG/LNG/LPG aftertreatment devices, gasoline engine three-way catalytic converters, tunnel/industrial furnace waste gas treatment devices, automotive exhaust heating systems, engine intelligent temperature control cooling systems (ATS), and centralized lubrication systems for bus chassis.

The Kailong Technology Research Institute is a postdoctoral research station, National Enterprise Technology Center, Jiangsu Provincial Key Enterprise R&D Institution, Jiangsu Provincial Engineering Technology Research Center, and Jiangsu Provincial Enterprise Technology Center. Its research covers catalyst carriers, catalytic coatings and active components of catalysts, injection controller software and hardware control strategies, exhaust aftertreatment product structures and welding technologies, and other fields. It brings together more than 280 design and R&D engineers with diverse professional backgrounds, including 7 doctors and 41 masters. The institute has 10 comprehensive engine test benches and 4 electric transient test benches, equipped with AVL electric dynamometers, emission analyzers, particulate analyzers, laser particle size analyzers, as well as vibration, rain, salt spray, high/low temperature testing equipment, enabling performance testing and inspection of various diesel engines, aftertreatment systems, and core components, with CVS (full-flow dilution) testing capability. The institute maintains long-term cooperation with Huazhong University of Science and Technology, East China University of Science and Technology, and other research institutions, providing strong support for the company's product technology innovation.

Kailong High-Tech has independently designed and built multiple production lines, including catalyst coating lines, honeycomb ceramic carrier production lines, urea injection pump assembly lines, injection controller (DCU) lines, pump-tank integrated urea supply system assembly lines, and catalytic converter packaging lines, possessing a complete industrial chain for exhaust aftertreatment systems.

Kailong High-Tech adheres to high standards in strictly controlling every quality requirement and has established a comprehensive quality control system. The company has passed the IATF 16949:2016 quality management system certification by the internationally renowned certification body SGS, as well as ISO 14001:2015 environmental management system certification and ISO 45001:2018 occupational health and safety management system certification by Beijing World Standard Certification Center. Through the construction of information management platforms such as PLM, ERP, CRM, and MES and the integration of data and business across these platforms, the company can effectively manage product design, testing, manufacturing, sales, and maintenance preparation processes.

Adhering to the business philosophy of "honest operation, win-win cooperation," Kailong High-Tech has established nine regional after-sales service centers and 15 parts centers nationwide, relying on the service networks of engine manufacturers and vehicle manufacturers. Currently, the company has established good cooperative relations with numerous road and off-road customers, including Weichai, Yuchai, Xichai, Shangchai, FAW Jiefang Dachai, SAIC Iveco Hongyan, Nanjing Iveco, Quanchai, Luotuo, Lovol, Changchai, and others.

Relying on support from various national, provincial, and municipal projects such as the National Science and Technology Innovation Fund, the Policy-Guided Special Project of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission's special project for industrial revitalization and technological transformation, and the Jiangsu Provincial Major Scientific and Technological Achievement Transformation Project, Kailong High-Tech has led or participated in the formulation of 18 industry standards, including 10 SCR standards, 5 DPF standards, 2 catalyst carrier standards, and 1 automotive industry standard. It has obtained 151 patents, including 40 invention patents. Its diesel engine exhaust aftertreatment system has been selected for the National Key New Product Plan of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and both the SCR system and DPF system have passed the scientific and technological achievement appraisal of the China Machinery Industry Federation. The company has received numerous honors such as China Industrial Pioneer Demonstration Unit, China Machinery Industry Management Demonstration Enterprise, China Internal Combustion Engine Industry Leader Enterprise, First Prize of the Science and Technology Award of China Machinery Industry Federation, First Prize of the Shanghai Science and Technology Award, and Jiangsu Provincial Famous Trademark. At the same time, under the leadership of the higher-level party organization and the Wuxi Municipal Committee of the China Democratic National Construction Association (CDNCA), Kailong High-Tech leverages the core leadership role of the party organization and the bridge-and-bond role of the trade union organization, establishing a party-mass co-construction base of nearly 1,000 square meters, and listing it as the Huishan CDNCA Home, forging a path of mutual promotion and prosperity between party building in non-public enterprises and enterprise development. It has successively won honors such as "Advanced Party Organization" and "Worker Pioneer" awarded by higher authorities.
