We can offer a full range of M&E system design and consulting services, including M&E planning and design, M&E scheme design, M&E preliminary design, primary M&E construction drawing design, secondary M&E construction drawing design for fit-out works, M&E tendering services, engineering supervision and inspection coordination, M&E system commissioning, and project completion acceptance; as well as low-current intelligent design consulting, architectural acoustics consulting, audio-visual and performance lighting consulting, swimming pool design consulting, and vertical transportation consulting.

◆ Founded in Hong Kong in 2006 (Hong Kong Baheng Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd., HK MEPM CONSULTANCY);
◆ In March 2010, established headquarters in Shanghai and set up three mainland companies;
◆ In August 2013, restructured in Shanghai and renamed to "Shanghai Baheng Mechanical and Electrical Design Office Co., Ltd.", abbreviated as MEPM;
◆ In December 2015, successfully obtained the "Class A Design Qualification" certificate issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China;
