Easypay Payment Co., Ltd. (formerly Guangzhou Easypay Commercial Service Co., Ltd.) was established in 2005 with a registered capital of 100 million RMB, and is a leading non-financial payment service institution in China. By cooperating with domestic banks, UnionPay, and other financial institutions, the company has built an innovative Easypay PAYECO financial payment service platform, engaging in card-not-present authentication payment services and the issuance and acceptance of prepaid cards, providing 724-hour comprehensive manual consultation and online technical support services. In 2011, the People's Bank of China issued the "Payment Business License" to the company, permitting mobile phone payment services and prepaid card issuance and acceptance services.
The company possesses strong technical capabilities, combining international DNA technology with financial service networks. In 2008, cooperating with China UnionPay Guangdong Branch, it built a secure, efficient, and novel DNA mobile payment service platform by accessing the resource advantages of the UnionPay interbank information exchange center system. This platform can accept UnionPay debit cards issued by national commercial banks, without restrictions from telecom operators. Upon launch, the platform successfully attracted leading merchants in industries such as aviation ticketing and insurance for active application. In 2011, cooperating with China UnionPay, it established a voice payment platform, providing card-not-present payment services for nearly 100 banks' credit cards (debit cards) in fields such as IVR voice payment, call center payment, and mobile WAP payment. Currently, the company's mobile phone payment business covers payment service areas including electronic tickets, insurance, education examination fees, telecom recharge, hotels, and tourism, achieving remarkable results.
The company will continue to innovate payment service models, assembling an elite team of payment system R&D and business management with IT and financial expertise, to build an international payment gateway service provider and promote the development of financial payment services with domestic characteristics.
