Dongxu Chemical

Dongxu Group is a comprehensive Hong Kong-invested enterprise group integrating industry and trade, with the production and sales of chemical coating raw materials as its core. In 1988, Hong Kong Xinchang and Hong Kong Dongxu were established, starting the trade of coating raw materials, which was the predecessor of Dongxu Group. In 1998, Dongxu Chemical was established in Guangzhou, starting the large-scale production and sales of curing agents, and quickly becoming a curing agent supplier for leading domestic coating brands. In 2005, Dongxu Chemical strategically expanded westward, purchasing 96 mu (63,914 m²) of land in Chaoyang Industrial Zone, Jiangsha Industrial Corridor, Guangdong, with a registered capital of HKD 66 million, establishing Guangdong Dongxu Chemical Industry Manufacturing Co., Ltd., forming a comprehensive chemical coating production and storage base with the production and sales of curing agents as the core business, integrating the R&D, production, storage, sales, and logistics transportation of industrial paints, wood coatings, powder coatings, and other chemical coatings. Since 2007, leveraging capital, related enterprises were reorganized and integrated to form Dongxu Group. Currently, it has wholly-owned or controlling interests in ten member companies in Hunan, Chengdu, Shanghai, and Guangdong. It has established good cooperative relationships with leading raw material suppliers such as BASF and Wanhua Chemical, as well as multiple top domestic coating enterprises, forming a diversified enterprise group with the supply of chemical coating raw materials as the core business, involving machinery manufacturing, logistics services, and financial investment.
