China Overseas Property Changzhou Company was established in December 2012. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Overseas Grand Oceans Group Limited (00081.HK), an affiliate of China Overseas Land & Investment Limited (00688.HK).

It is adjacent to Changzhou's largest wetland park, Rose Park, and belongs to the Phoenix New City area of Tianning District, an emerging area that the Changzhou Municipal Government is focusing on developing, with excellent future prospects.
