Chongqing Xingmao Industrial Development (Group) Co., Ltd. is a large modern group enterprise with 12 wholly-owned subsidiaries, including a real estate development company with national first-class qualifications, a construction company with national first-class qualifications, and a property management company with national first-class qualifications. 1. Tourism development: It has developed and operated multiple projects such as Youran Lanxi Resort, AAAA-level Youran Nanshan Resort, AAAA-level Dongshisun Scenic Area, Wanzhou Children's Park, and Wanzhou Aquarium.

Real estate development: It has successfully developed 26 high-quality residential communities, including Xingmao Shanshui International, Xingmao Yujing Jiangcheng, Xingmao Shuiyun Dongfang, Xingmao Youran Nanshan, Xingmao Nanshan Mansion, Xingmao Shengshi Beichen, Xingmao Shengshi Huadu, and Xingmao Jinglan Mansion, with a cumulative development volume of over 6.8 million square meters.

Hotel operation: It owns high-end operating projects such as the five-star Nanshan Xingmao Hotel, the platinum five-star Lanxi Xingmao Hotel, the 18-hole championship-level Xingmao Nanshan Golf Course, Anhui Provincial Ball Games Training Base, Binhu Hotel, Mingshi Hotel, Yujing Food Mountain, and Shanshui International Leisure Club.
5. Construction: Its subsidiary Yadong Construction Group has a total completed area of over 6.3 million square meters, with an annual construction capacity of over 1.5 million square meters.
6. Property management: Its subsidiary Maocheng Property manages a total area of over 8 million square meters.
