Riyang Electronic Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Riyang Electronics) was established in Shanghai in 2001 with a registered capital of 29.25 million US dollars and a total investment of approximately 60 million US dollars. After the completion of its factory, Riyang Electronics has focused on providing one-stop comprehensive service solutions for industries such as semiconductors, optoelectronics, solar energy, and vacuum coating. The two main business pillars of Riyang Electronics are system application solutions and technical service solutions. In the application solutions segment, leveraging its core technologies in vacuum design, research and development, manufacturing, and system improvement innovation, Riyang Electronics provides comprehensive solutions to customers in vacuum-related application industries. In the technical service solutions segment, Riyang Electronics, drawing on its years of service experience in the vacuum, semiconductor, optoelectronics, and scientific research industries in the Taiwan region, offers technical service solutions to customers across various industries in mainland China, including PUMP, RF power supply, precision cleaning of electronic equipment, and energy-saving and regeneration technologies. Combining its past experience in vacuum equipment production, Riyang Electronics completed its first locally produced continuous coating equipment in Baoshan in 2006, primarily used for decorative and electromagnetic shielding coatings on casings of laptops, mobile phones, desktop computers, and other devices. In the same year, it also successfully completed localized production of automotive lamp coating system equipment combining CVD and PVD processes, mainly supplying automotive parts manufacturers in Tianjin and Guangzhou. The company's workplace is located in Baoshan Urban Industrial Park, Shanghai (near Shanghai University Station on Metro Line 7). The company provides shuttle buses, accommodation, and working meals for employees.
