Mirle Automation Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was established in 1997, primarily engaged in the design, assembly, and sales of automated warehouses, industrial robots, industrial controllers, and other products. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Taiwan's Mirle Automation Corporation. Founded in 1989, the parent company is a listed company certified with ISO9001 by the British BSI certification body and enjoys a prestigious reputation in Taiwan's automation field.

The company is located in the Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone, Pudong New Area, Shanghai. Since its inception, all employees have upheld the attitude of "doing it right the first time," providing customers with competitive products and systems, as well as rapid pre-sales planning and after-sales service. Over the years, employees have encouraged each other and made progress together, leading to thriving business performance and the company becoming a trusted comprehensive automation product supplier and system solution provider.

Currently, the company's registered capital is 13.2317 million US dollars. To serve customers promptly and efficiently, the company has established branches in Ningbo, Wuhan, Suzhou, Guangzhou, Chongqing, Nanjing, and Shenzhen, as well as liaison offices in Hefei, Yantai, Xiamen, and Changsha. At present, the total number of employees is nearly 300.

In April 2002, the company successfully passed the formal audit for ISO9001:2000 and obtained the ISO9001 certificate.
