信领达（杭州）软件有限公司是美国NextLabs, Inc. 在中国的独资子公司。NextLabs 是由美国著名的企业家Keng Lim 创建的。在过去的15年里，他创建了许多公司：Approach Software, Kiva Software, Escalate, Sygate Technologies. 其中，Kiva Software 被美国*有名的网页浏览器公司网景 (Netscape) 收购，Sygate Technologies 被美国*大的杀毒软件公司塞门铁客 (Symantec) 收购.
NextLabs 和 IBM, SAP 是合作伙伴。IBM已经有专门的销售团队帮我们做销售；预计在三年里能够做到5千-1亿美元的销售额。我们已经有很多不同的客户，其中比较主要的有：美国*大的金融服务公司摩根士丹利(Morgan Stanley)和高盛(Goldman Sachs), 及其他行业的主要公司。

NextLabs is founded by Keng Lim, a proven entrepreneur who has played a pivotal role over the last 15 years in the creation of such well-known Internet software companies as Approach Software, Kiva Software, Netscape, Escalate, Sygate Technologies. He founded several companies sold them to well known companies such as Netscape Symantec. He is a partner of 9 venture capital funds.
NextLabs, Inc. is a leading developer of policy-driven, information risk management software fenterprises. Our central offering is Compliant Enterprise, a software system that offers a cohesive solution to mitigate information risk by preventing data leakage, increasing workforce risk awareness in real-time, by automating data protection processes information-handling practices.
