Gestamp

Gestamp - a globally renowned Spanish auto parts manufacturer. It has over 130 factories and representative offices in 25 countries worldwide, mainly producing body structural parts, chassis components and assemblies, with leading market share and innovative systems and R&D capabilities. It is a global *-type supplier for well-known automakers such as Mercedes-Benz, General Motors, Ford, and Volkswagen; China is Gestamp Group's most important partner in the Asia-Pacific region.
Gestamp Metal Forming (Wuhan) Co., Ltd. started production in 2005, with a registered capital of 20 million euros and a total investment of 50 million euros. It currently has nearly 900 employees, and its current customers include Wuhan Dongfeng Peugeot Citroen, Changan Ford Mazda, Shanghai Volkswagen, and BMW Brilliance. In September 2009, the company's Phase II plant was completed. Construction of the Phase III plant began in 2015.
