Yanchang Shell (Guangdong) Petroleum Co., Ltd. was listed in May 2014. It is a Sino-foreign joint venture invested by Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum (Group) Co., Ltd., Shell (China) Co., Ltd., and Shell China Holdings Private Co., Ltd. Its predecessor was Guangzhou Shell Petrochemical Co., Ltd., established in 1997.
The company is based in Guangdong Province and focuses on the retail of refined oil products, providing customers with three major commitments: "Quality fuel, Sufficient supply, Convenient service." Additionally, it equips its gas stations with convenience stores, coffee, and car care services, and operates charging stations, offering comfortable and convenient stops for customers' travel. As of the end of January 2023, the company operates more than 184 integrated energy mobility service outlets (including gas stations and charging stations) in Guangdong Province. It will continue to develop, aiming to focus on the Pearl River Delta and eastern Guangdong regions, forming a network of gas stations, battery swap stations, and hydrogen refueling stations in local markets, and striving to become an excellent enterprise in the retail and mobility sector in South China.
