It is a social consulting service institution with independent legal personality, holds Grade A qualification for cost consulting from the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China, is a member unit of the Hubei Provincial Construction Engineering Cost Consulting Association, and provides professional engineering cost consulting services for various owners.
The company is located in Wuhan Creative World, a large-scale international cultural and creative comprehensive park in Central China. The company owns (self-purchased) a comfortable office environment of 1,000 square meters, with complete professionals in civil engineering, decoration, municipal roads and bridges, electrical, HVAC, water supply and drainage, industrial instrumentation, and other specialties. There are currently 52 full-time professional and technical personnel, including 11 registered cost engineers, 3 second-level construction engineers, and 34 cost estimators (among them: 6 senior engineers, 2 senior economists, 10 engineers, 3 economists, 1 accountant, and 9 assistant engineers).
