On April 1, 2015, Qinsen Landscape was successfully listed on the New Third Board.

Qinsen Real Estate focuses on compound cultural real estate development, with business areas involving high-end integrated cultural tourism industry investment and operation, hotel and scenic area investment and operation, ancient village (ancient town) investment and operation, and cultural communication. Since the 1980s, Qinsen has entered the field of traditional Chinese cultural collection, involving ancient components, ancient furniture, calligraphy and paintings, porcelain, stationery and miscellaneous items, ornaments and miscellaneous items, etc. Over the decades, it has formed a considerable collection and has also become one of the largest collectors of ancient architecture in China.

Through Shenrong Art Museum, Shenrong Ancient Architecture Protection Research Center, and Qinsen Cultural Tourism Real Estate projects, Qinsen inherits and promotes traditional ancient architectural culture.
