Chongqing Wanyou Economic Development Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wanyou Automobile Investment Co., Ltd. under China Changan Automobile Group. It is one of the first batch of well-known trade name enterprises in Chongqing and a vice president unit of Chongqing Commercial Vehicle Circulation Association. The company was established in January 1996 with a registered capital of 150 million yuan. It takes complete vehicle sales and service as its main business, and also engages in international trade business, and holds shares in Bank of Communications and China Everbright Bank. The main brands of automobiles it operates include the Changan Sedan series, Oushan Automobile series, Kaicheng Automobile series, etc.
The company currently has more than 760 employees. The headquarters functions are streamlined and efficient, with a total of more than 40 personnel. At present, it has functional departments such as the Operations Management Center (to which the Safety and Environmental Protection Department is attached), the Human Resources (Party and Mass Work) Department, the Financial Audit Department, and the Comprehensive Office (Disciplinary Inspection) Office. The Operations Management Center has separate Changan Automobile Brand Operations Department, Key Account and New Energy Brand Operations Department, Oushan Brand Operations Department, and Kaicheng Brand Operations Department; the business department includes the International Trade Department; the company has 22 branches under its jurisdiction and manages 1 wholly-owned subsidiary and 2 joint ventures on behalf of superior units. Its marketing network has hundreds of outlets, covering the main administrative regions of Chongqing, and it has established a relatively complete automobile marketing service network system integrating sales, service, spare parts supply, and decoration and beauty care.
