Chongqing Haicheng Industrial (Group) Co., Ltd., abbreviated as Haicheng Group, has been developing for 27 years since its founding in 1993. Currently, it has over 800 registered employees, a registered capital of 300 million yuan, Grade One qualification for real estate development, total assets of over 6 billion yuan, a bank credit rating of AA+, and has cumulatively completed a development and construction scale of approximately 3 million square meters, including nearly 500,000 square meters of commercial operating area; 3 million square meters under construction, with a project reserve of nearly 2 million square meters, and an annual output value of approximately 3 billion yuan. Haicheng Group's investment regions cover multiple districts and counties including Northeast Chongqing (Wanzhou, Liangping, Kaizhou, Fengjie, Wushan, Wuxi), Southeast Chongqing (Pengshui), West Chongqing (Tongliang), and South Sichuan (Yibin Xingwen), where it has achieved excellent development performance. Over its 27-year development history, Haicheng Group has always adhered to the corporate philosophy of "Creating Value for the City" and, with the development belief of "Do It Best," has successfully developed and constructed multiple large and medium-sized projects such as Wanzhou Haicheng Building, Kunlun Building, Gaosuntang Women's Street, Kaixian New Century Shopping Plaza, Fengjie People's Square & Commercial Pedestrian Street, Everlasting Night City, Kuizhou Decoration and Building Materials City, Fengjie Jingjiang Garden, and Bashu Garden. Among them, the Binjiang International project currently under development, with a scale of 1.25 million square meters and an investment of 4 billion yuan, is planned to build a large urban complex in the Three Gorges Reservoir area and has now begun to take shape. In 2014, Haicheng Group made a strong return to Wanzhou. The Yangtze River Star currently under construction has a total investment of over 4 billion yuan, planning to build the first 200-meter super high-rise urban landmark in the Three Gorges Reservoir area, equipped with nearly 6,000 underground parking spaces, creating an 800,000-square-meter business center in the Jiangnan CBD, and building a true urban living room representing Chongqing's second largest metropolis, contributing to the construction of the economic center of the Three Gorges Reservoir area. In 2014, it invested 6 billion yuan in Wanzhou to develop Chazhuang Impression, Yangtze River Star, and Nanbin Shangyuan, with a total area of nearly 2 million square meters; in 2015, it acquired two major projects, "Beibin Shangyuan" and "Wuqiao Project" in Wanzhou, with a planned construction scale of 630,000 square meters and a total investment estimate of 2.3 billion yuan; in 2016, it acquired two new land parcels, "Tiansheng City" and "Huajie Project," becoming the "New Land King of Wanzhou." Together with the three major projects of Fengjie Binhu Shangyuan, Bashu Garden, and Binjiang International, the total construction project scale is approximately 5 million square meters, with a total investment estimate of 10 billion yuan.
