Nanfang Nonferrous Group was established in 1996. It is a multi-metal integrated smelting enterprise specializing in lead, zinc, copper, antimony and other nonferrous metal smelting, mineral resource development, and comprehensive recycling of nonferrous metal resources. With over 6,000 employees and annual revenue exceeding 80 billion yuan, the company adheres to the core strategy of "efficient resource utilization and industrial collaborative innovation," building a complete industrial ecosystem from mine exploration, mining and dressing to product deep processing and global trade. It is a benchmark enterprise for the large-scale and intensive development of China's nonferrous metal industry.

The Group currently has an annual production capacity of 700,000 tons of cathode copper, 700,000 tons of zinc, 200,000 tons of lead, 1,000 tons of silver, 10 tons of gold, 120 tons of indium, 15,000 tons of antimony, 5,000 tons of cadmium, 2,000 tons of bismuth, and 4 million tons of sulfuric acid. The QL-brand cathode copper, QL-brand zinc ingots, ZNF-brand lead ingots, and SUORI-brand silver ingots are registered brands on the London Metal Exchange (LME), the London Bullion Market Association (LBMA), and the Shanghai Futures Exchange (SHFE), and are sold both domestically and internationally.

The Group owns two major production bases: Guangxi Nandan Nanfang Metals Co., Ltd. (lead-zinc smelting) and Guangxi Nanguo Copper Co., Ltd. (copper smelting), as well as wholly-owned Nanguo Mining Company, Jindan Company, and the controlled Jinhe Company, among other mining enterprises.

The copper smelting base is located in the China-ASEAN Youth Industrial Park, Fusui County, Chongzuo City, Guangxi. It is being constructed in three phases with a total planned investment of 13 billion yuan and an expected annual output value exceeding 100 billion yuan. The phase I and II projects, with an annual production capacity of 700,000 tons of cathode copper, have been completed and put into operation. The project adopts world-advanced technologies such as oxygen-enriched double-side blowing smelting, multi-lance top-blowing converting, anode furnace refining, bidirectional parallel flow electrolysis, and high-concentration non-equilibrium SO2 acid production. Its comprehensive energy consumption indicators are superior to industry and national standards, and it is hailed as the world's most beautiful copper smelter.

The lead-zinc smelting base is located in the Hechi-Nandan Nonferrous Metals New Material Industrial Park, Nandan County, Hechi City, Guangxi. The project adopts the world's pioneering oxygen-enriched double-side blowing bath smelting one-step lead smelting technology and the unique ultra-large-scale zinc sulfide concentrate oxygen pressure leaching high-efficiency green manufacturing technology. It is currently China's largest lead-zinc production base, with zinc ingot annual output ranking first nationwide.

The Group owns seven major mines, including Kengma, Wuyi, Chashan, Lame, Beishan, Longwan, and Aketao, primarily engaged in the exploration, mining, and beneficiation of lead, zinc, copper, tin, antimony, and tungsten ores, providing high-quality mineral resource guarantees for the company's sustainable development.
