Hunan Jiahai Elevator Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is invested (controlled) by Guangzhou Jiahai Investment, founded in 2014, covers an area of 280 mu, with a total investment of RMB 120 million and a total construction area of 78,000 square meters (60,000 square meters of factory buildings and 18,000 square meters of living area). The company is a production base integrating casting, machining, assembly and logistics. Phase I construction has been completed, with an investment of 60 million yuan to build a single workshop of 18,000 square meters. The company's casting production is mainly ductile iron and gray cast iron. 1. Adoption of casting processes: The company currently has two casting processes: iron mold sand-lined process and precoated sand shell process, with the iron mold sand-lined process as the main one, and the precoated sand shell process used for some lightweight products. It mainly produces traction sheaves, diverter pulleys, brake housings, brake wheels, machine bases and automotive chassis parts. 3. Production capacity: At present, the ductile iron castings produced by the iron mold sand-lined process are about 15,000 tons/year, and gray cast iron castings are about 5,000 tons/year, mainly producing elevator castings and some automotive chassis castings. 4. Processing capacity: It has gantry machining centers, ordinary horizontal lathes, CNC horizontal lathes, CNC vertical lathes, gantry milling machines, radial drilling machines and other processing equipment, with rough machining of 80,000 pieces/year, and can also perform finishing, assembly and other production. 5.
