Tengyun Assets aims to become a platform-type private equity firm gathering high-quality assets and excellent fund managers, obtaining a private fund manager license (registration number: P1018188) issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission in July 2015. Yi Caibao is devoted to becoming a private bank for white-collar workers, promoting the inclusive availability of high-end private banking wealth management products.
Since our inception just over a year ago, we have grown rapidly. We have established in-depth partnerships with more than 500 financial institutions and asset management companies worldwide, with over 100,000 registered financial advisor users, and meet the service needs of advisors serving more than one million high-net-worth clients. Our monthly issuance scale exceeds RMB 3 billion, with cumulative managed assets approaching RMB 30 billion, ranking just behind major wealth management firms such as Hengtian and Noah, securing a top-four position in China's wealth management industry. Our workforce exceeds 200 employees, covering Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen, Nanjing, Chengdu, Hangzhou, Suzhou, and other cities.
