Baroque Japan Group Co., Ltd. was founded on March 8, 2000, primarily engaged in apparel import/export and retail business, owning several internationally renowned brands. Moussy, SLY, BLACK by moussy, Rodeo Crowns, and rienda, among others, are regarded as casual brands for young fashion-forward women in the domestic market. With its numerous well-known trendy brands and strong capability in creating new brands, it has consistently held a representative position among Japan's fashion trend clothing companies.

"Belle International" is a listed company in China's apparel retail industry, possessing extensive retail management experience and capabilities in store channel expansion. Its main business includes footwear, sports, luggage, and apparel. It operates one of China's largest self-operated chain sales networks, with retail outlets exceeding 4,000. Since starting its own brands in 1992, Belle Shoes' products are not only sold in the mainland and Hong Kong markets but also exported to countries and regions such as the United States, Europe, Japan, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. The footwear brands the company currently owns include: BELLE, STACCATO, TEENMIX, TATA, and FATO. The company's agency and distribution business includes collaborations with many renowned international brands—sportswear and footwear: NIKE, ADIDAS, REEBOK, PUMA, KAPPA, etc.
