Nanchang Domestic Service Employment Training Center is a private non-enterprise educational institution approved by the Nanchang Human Resources and Social Security Department, specializing in training beginner, intermediate, and advanced domestic service personnel. Founded in 2004, the center focuses on training in maternal and infant care (yuesao), child care workers (child care staff, parenting nannies), lactation consultants, domestic service workers, elderly care workers, health massage therapists, tea art specialists, and more. It operates a one-stop service model combining a training base and a domestic service company, providing ample employment opportunities for trainees while meeting clients' ever-increasing standards for domestic service personnel. In 2004, our center undertook the "EU-funded training task for 500 laid-off female workers in Jiangxi in skills training"; from 2005 to 2007, it undertook training tasks for over 400 laid-off workers commissioned by the Provincial Labor Department and was designated as a re-employment training base for laid-off workers in Jiangxi Province and a labor export base; from 2007 to 2008, it undertook training tasks to help laid-off female workers find employment with the support of the Municipal Small and Medium Enterprise Bureau; from 2009 to 2012, it undertook the domestic service training project of the Department of Commerce; from 2010 to 2017, it undertook domestic service worker training tasks for the Municipal Women's Federation and the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and was listed as a key training unit for domestic service workers by the Provincial Department of Commerce, the Provincial Department of Finance, the Municipal Women's Federation, and the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. Over the past 10 years, it has independently trained and undertaken government-commissioned training for nearly 40,000 domestic service personnel of various types, delivering a large number of qualified domestic service workers to society. They have repeatedly won championships in provincial and municipal domestic skills competitions, and some have been selected as "March 8th Red Banner Pacesetters," "May 1st Labor Medal" recipients, and "Hongcheng Craftsmen." Gold Medal Yuesao Cai Xichun was honorably elected as a deputy to the 13th National People's Congress. In the "Three Excellences" evaluation activities conducted by human resources and social security departments for vocational schools, the school's maternal and infant care major was rated as an "Excellent Major" school, and the training instructor was rated as an "Excellent Instructor." In the 2014 "Three Excellences" evaluation activities conducted by human resources and social security departments for vocational schools, the school's maternal and infant care major was rated as an "Excellent Major" school. The school has successively been awarded the honorary titles of "National Excellent Domestic Service Unit," "Jiangxi Province Women's Civilization Post," "Advanced Enterprise in Quality Service," "Jiangxi Province Re-employment Training Base," "Jiangxi Province Labor Export Base," and "Nanchang Advanced Unit in Re-employment." Over the years, the company's domestic service personnel have received more than 1,060 commendations from employers and over 600 thank-you banners. Leaders from the national, provincial, and municipal levels have visited multiple times to inspect, research, and guide the work.
