上海霞东起重设备科技有限公司成立于2008年，其前身为上海升港机械设计事务所，由于公司的发展需求，故改制成有限责任公司。本公司专业从事起重械的设计、开发及技术服务。
主要设计产品有各种规格船厂及港口用的门座起重机、桥式起重机、浮坞起重机、抓斗起重机、斗轮堆取料机、卸船机、客运专线提梁机、集装箱堆场专用机械（轨道吊）等等。至今设计产品遍布全国各大港口及世界各地：越南、印尼、新加坡、马来西亚、印度、希腊等。
