Ruimake waterproof technology was founded in 2004. The company was registered in March 2009 at the Promotion Center of Baiyun District Private Enterprise Science Park with a registered capital of 70 million RMB. On September 18, the founding ceremony of Ruimake Waterproof Electrical Appliances Joint-stock Co., Ltd. was grandly held again at Guangzhou Garden Hotel. Leaders from the China Technology Market Association under the Ministry of Science and Technology presented the "Ruimake Waterproof Electrical Appliances Industry Demonstration Base" award, and Mr. Ren Yuling, Counselor of the State Council, attended in person and wrote an inscription of congratulations. Ruimake is the first enterprise in the industry to research and set standards for waterproof electrical appliances, becoming the first listed company in the field of China Water Electric. On November 10, Ruimake was honored with the "Golden Bridge Award" from the China Technology Market Association under the Ministry of Science and Technology, signifying that Ruimake's waterproof electrical appliances and waterproof connectors represent the top technology in the China Water Electric industry. On November 10, Ruimake participated in Guangdong Province's water meter renovation plan and became the designated supplier for Guangdong IC water meters, benefiting people's livelihood in every way. At the same time, in a vote across China's IC water meter industry, Ruimake was elected champion as the "Outstanding Supporting Enterprise".

2015 was a year of growth and expansion for Ruimake. On March 31, it was listed on the Guangzhou Equity Trading Center. Ruimake's leap-forward development prospects attracted investors. On the day of listing, the second round of financing was launched at 6 yuan per share. One investor became a treasure hunter in the limelight, subscribing to 3.73 million shares, raising 22.38 million yuan for the company. After the gong, the opening price was 6.18 yuan/share, surging to 12.68 yuan/share, making Ruimake another innovation in the national securities market! On May 22, at the Beijing Ship Civil-Military Integration Exhibition and Exchange Conference, Ruimake, as a private enterprise, was able to exhibit at military venues, reflecting trust and confidence in Ruimake's products, and presenting an opportunity to transition from civilian to military use.
Ruimake's products are also widely used in security surveillance equipment, wind power generation, solar power generation, medical equipment, outdoor street lamps, electromechanical equipment, LED energy-saving lamps, underfloor heating, and other outdoor electrified communication equipment.

Ruimake holds 19 patents, including invention patents and utility model patents, and has nearly 10 technologies in the process of patent protection application. These cover more than 2,000 product models, filling a gap in this type of product technology in China.
