The predecessor of Guangzhou Aike New Materials Joint-stock Co., Ltd., Aike (Guangzhou) Chemical Co., Ltd., was established in June 2005, and was wholly converted into a joint-stock company in May 2014, officially listed on September 25, 2014. The company's main business is the R&D, production, and sales of polyurethane additives, PU raw materials, and PU and EVA products. In October 2014, the company was appraised as a high-tech enterprise, proficient in polyurethane technology and craftsmanship, positioned in the high-end field of polyurethane additives and combination material applications, with downstream applications including automotive instrument panels, high-speed rail damping blocks, high-end luggage and shoe materials, scooter wheels, seals, and medical device components. Over the years, the company has adopted an R&D-driven approach to continuously improve product performance and quality, staying close to customer products and meeting personalized needs, becoming a long-term strategic partner of internationally renowned enterprises such as Bayer, BASF, and Dow. Currently, the company is at a critical stage of strategic upgrading. In the future, while ensuring steady growth of existing business, the company will fully leverage its nearly 10 years of technology, talent accumulation, and industry experience in the polyurethane industry to extend downstream, expanding polyurethane product business, foaming business, system material business, and EVA composite material business within 3 to 5 years.
