The company's management team has accumulated more than seven years of practical experience in the offline bank acceptance bill wealth management field, with a business network covering major hotspot cities in China. In recent years, the company's average annual transaction volume of bank acceptance bills has exceeded RMB 50 billion. Founded on the basis of practical bank acceptance bill business, Yinpiaowang was officially launched on August 8, 2014, and obtained USD 10 million in first-round private equity investment from Asia Capital Limited (ACL) only nine months after its launch.

At present, Yinpiaowang is led by a top domestic financial expert team.
