Wuhan Security Group Co., Ltd. was founded in 1991 and is one of the earliest-established professional security companies in China with the most diverse business categories and the widest service coverage. It is currently a standing council member of the China Security Association, vice president unit of the Hubei Province Security Technology Prevention Industry Association, standing council member of the Hubei Province Security Association, and vice president unit of the Wuhan Security Industry Association. In March 2014, it was wholly transferred from the Wuhan Public Security Bureau to Wuhan Financial Holdings (Group) Co., Ltd. The company holds three standard certifications: ISO9001 International Quality Management System, ISO14001 Environmental Management System, and GB/T28001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System certifications. Wuhan Security Group was jointly awarded the national "Top Ten" Security Service Company honorary title by the Communist Youth League Central Committee, the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, and the Ministry of Public Security. It has successively been rated as "Top 20 Outstanding Alarm Service Enterprises in China", "China High-Quality Reputation Regional Networked Alarm Center Management Platform Software", "Hubei Province Famous Enterprise", "Wuhan May 1st Labor Award", "Wuhan Gold Medal Security Service Company", and "Wuhan Outstanding Security Training Unit".
