The company has successfully applied for the qualifications of an import and export enterprise of the People's Republic of China, engineering tendering agency, engineering supervision, and government procurement Class A qualification, and has passed the quality management system certification of GB/TI9001-2000 IDT ISO9001:2000, the environmental management system certification of GB/T24001-2004/ISO 14001:2004, and the occupational health and safety management system certification of GB/T28001-2001. Main Senior Management of the Company:

Chairman: Dr. Li Jue is the President of the International Transport Association, Director of the Transportation Research Center at the University of Kansas, and a visiting professor and doctoral supervisor at multiple transportation universities. He has published numerous academic papers at international transportation conferences and has high visibility and broad influence in the fields of international transportation and road construction.

President: Mr. Abudukelimu Ushoer has extensive relationships with high-level figures and business people internationally, creating advantageous conditions for the company's business development.

Senior Consultant: Mr. Zhang Yang is a professor-level senior engineer and a national first-class registered structural engineer. He has worked in design for 15 years and in international contracting for over 20 years. He is one of the first batch of technical and management personnel engaged in international engineering contracting in China. He once served as Chief Engineer and Deputy General Manager of a large international engineering company. Currently, he is employed as an international engineering expert on the Expert Committee of the China International Contractors Association, an expert on the Project Management Guidance Committee of the China Association of Engineering Consulting, an arbitrator of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, a member of the National Occupational Skill Appraisal Expert Committee, and a visiting professor at the Graduate University of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.

Chief Engineer: Professor Wu Tianwen is a national expert with over 20 years of experience in technical research on electronics and computer applications. He has won more than 30 scientific and technological achievements, including national "Seventh Five-Year Plan" key scientific research projects, over 20 national, provincial, and ministerial science and technology progress awards, and is a deputy to the National People's Congress.
