New Open Eagle Group was jointly initiated and established by Chongqing University and Hong Kong Xunhui Development Co., Ltd. in 1993. It is renowned nationwide for real estate and education.

The New Open Eagle Education Group under the group is an outstanding representative of private education in Chongqing, enjoying high reputation and social influence in Chongqing and even nationwide.
