It can engage in engineering project management, construction supervision, equipment supervision, engineering consulting, and bidding agency services in fields such as building construction, municipal public works, chemical and petroleum engineering, mechanical and electrical installation, electric power, water conservancy and hydropower, communication, port and waterway engineering, railway, highway, smelting, mining, agriculture and forestry, and aerospace engineering.
