On November 10, 2015, Dacheng Law Offices and Dentons officially launched their merger. The new firm's Chinese name is "Dacheng"; outside of Chinese, the firm will use the name "Dentons" in English and other languages. The new firm has over 6,600 lawyers, serving more than 50 countries, with business across Canada, the United States, Europe, the United Kingdom, the Middle East and Africa, and the entire Asia-Pacific region. The merger will integrate and expand global operations, demonstrating the firm's diverse geographic coverage while strengthening business capabilities, expanding service areas, and positioning its business footprint at the forefront in both depth and breadth.
