I. Company Profile
Wuhan Xintaiyang Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2009 with a registered capital of 26 million yuan. It is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the construction and operation of agricultural internet information platforms and e-commerce platforms.
On the basis of cooperation with Wuhan Gaonong Group, the company successfully introduced another important strategic partner in May 2014 -- Beijing Joseph Investment Co., Ltd. The resources provided by Beijing Joseph Investment Company in network technology and capital operation further enhanced Xintaiyang's overall advantages and competitiveness. Building on its existing "agricultural information platform" business and the "Wuhan National Bio E-commerce Center" park project, the company further expanded its business into the field of agricultural product e-commerce, built and launched the "Agriculture-Community Direct E-commerce Trading Platform" in October 2014, and took capital operation as the acceleration engine for the company's future development.
The "Wuhan National Bio E-commerce Center" invested and constructed by the company in Biolake covers an area of 27,315.92 square meters, with a planned construction area of 86,000 square meters. The first-phase construction project of 16,000 square meters has been completed and is currently in the stage of acceptance inspection, pre-sale and investment attraction. The company has three controlled subsidiaries: Wuhan Joseph Xintaiyang Agricultural Network Co., Ltd., Wuhan Zhuzhu Industry Technology Co., Ltd., and Wuhan Xinjiayuan Property Co., Ltd.
II. Company Development Process
2009: Wuhan Xintaiyang Technology Co., Ltd. was established (hereinafter referred to as the Company).
2010: The company purchased land in Biolake, East Lake High-tech Development Zone, Wuhan, for the construction of the "Wuhan National Bio E-commerce Center."
August 2011: The company received a 12 million yuan investment from Wuhan Gaonong Group, mainly for developing smart agricultural services.
2012: The company reached cooperation intentions with agricultural information service centers in 7 provinces including Hubei, Hunan, Yunnan, Gansu, Anhui, Henan and Jiangxi, and established provincial-level smart agricultural product service centers in the above provinces. By 2014, the company had reached cooperation intentions with agricultural department information service centers in 14 provinces.
2012: The company was listed as a "Modern Service Industry Comprehensive Pilot Enterprise of East Lake National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone" and was rated as a "High-tech Enterprise" in the same year.
2013: The company was listed as an "Agricultural Science and Technology Enterprise" and was rated as an "E-commerce Demonstration Enterprise" by the Department of Commerce of Hubei Province in the same year; successively established controlled companies Wuhan Zhuzhu Industry Technology Service Co., Ltd. and Wuhan Xinjiayuan Property Management Co., Ltd.
2014: The company jointly established Wuhan Joseph Xintaiyang Agricultural Network Co., Ltd. with Beijing Joseph Network Co., Ltd. and Wuhan Joseph Investment Co., Ltd., and the agricultural online business was transferred to Wuhan Joseph Xintaiyang Agricultural Network Co., Ltd.
III. Main Products and Business Model of the Company
At present, the company's main business includes two aspects:
1. Conducting offline agricultural product trade business by leveraging business opportunities obtained through the agricultural information platform;
2. Investing in the construction and operation of the Wuhan National Bio E-commerce Center;
The company's main sources of income include agricultural information service platform business, agricultural product trade business, agricultural e-commerce business, real estate sales business, and self-owned property operation business. In the future, the company will timely replicate the "Wuhan National Bio E-commerce Center" project in key provincial capital cities across the country, and will cooperate with the Joseph Xintaiyang e-commerce platform to expand offline warehousing, logistics distribution and other businesses, and obtain corresponding service income.
IV. Organizational Scale of the Company
Xintaiyang Group Company has up to one hundred personnel on online and offline platforms. The company has the following departmental structure: Administrative and Human Resources Department, Financial Management Department, Infrastructure Construction Department, Technology Department, Agricultural Information Service Department, Agricultural E-commerce Department, Agricultural Product E-commerce Department, and Content Editorial Department, eight departments in total.
