Jiangxi Jinhuan Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Jiangxi Jinhuan Biotechnology Co., Ltd.) was established in 2011, with preparatory work starting in 2008. It is located on Longtan Road, Economic and Technological Development Zone, Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province. As a pre-IPO enterprise strongly supported by the municipal and district governments, it officially signed an NEEQ listing agreement with Everbright Securities on September 29, 2013. It is a new high-tech private enterprise integrating science, industry, and trade, dedicated to the integrated research and development, production, and sales of new medical device technologies and products. Based on a strong scientific research team and oriented toward high-tech applications in hospital laboratory equipment, the company has independently developed medical device products such as the JHSPSY series automatic stool and vaginal discharge specimen preprocessing system and the JHAFA series automatic stool analyzers. These products possess independent intellectual property rights and have obtained multiple patents.
The company has passed the National High-tech Enterprise certification and is currently drafting ISO 13485 quality management system certification. It has passed the medical device manufacturer quality management system assessment for automatic stool analyzers, undertakes National Key Torch Program projects, and serves as a standing council member of the Medical Device Association.
Over 80% of the company's employees hold a bachelor's degree, among whom more than 10% are postgraduate, doctoral, or overseas returnees. Most employees have worked for many years in the software and medical device industries, possessing solid technical skills and rich practical experience. Early products were primarily developed and applied according to the special needs of major clients. As national regulation of the medical device field has strengthened, the company has standardized the research, development, and production of these testing products to provide technical safety assurance and professional services for clinical testing.
