It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Faurecia Group and primarily engaged in the manufacturing of automotive exhaust silencing systems. The company's leading product is automotive exhaust systems with three-way catalytic converters. In April 2004, the company obtained ISO14001 certification; in May of the same year, it obtained Q1 certification; and in August, it passed the TS16949:2004 specification certification. Its main customers are Changan Ford Mazda Automobile Co., Ltd. and Changan Automobile Co., Ltd. The company's initial annual production capacity was 240,000 sets of silencing exhaust systems, with annual sales revenue of RMB 5.6 million. In 2010, the group company made additional investments, and by 2013, it achieved a supporting capacity of 500,000 sets of silencing exhaust systems, with annual sales revenue of RMB 300 million.
