Nexteer Automotive Systems (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., headquartered in Saginaw, Michigan, USA, is a system integration expert with over 100 years of research and production experience in the automotive steering field, with manufacturing plants, customer service centers, and R&D centers in 34 countries and regions worldwide. The company specializes in providing a wide range of steering gears, steering pumps, high and low pressure hoses, cooling pipes, and oil reservoirs.\r\n The Suzhou company was registered in 2007 in Suzhou Industrial Park. The factory covers an area of about 4.6 hectares, with a total investment of 45 million US dollars. Main customers include General Motors, Ford, Mazda, Dongfeng Peugeot Citroen, Chery, BYD, SAIC Motor, CMC, etc. Currently, the main products of the Suzhou plant include steering columns, steering hoses, hydraulic pumps, manual rack-and-pinion steering gears, etc. In May 2009, a steering system R&D center was established in Suzhou, better integrating technology R&D and manufacturing.
