Samsung Electronics (Suzhou) Semiconductor Co., Ltd. is located on the beautiful Jinji Lake in Suzhou, China. It is a wholly-owned production enterprise established by Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. in December 1994 in the China-Singapore Industrial Park. The company's cumulative investment amounts to US$870 million. It mainly produces world-ranking products such as DRAM, eMCP, and Memory Modules, and is a representative high-tech enterprise in the industrial park.

As the first semiconductor production base of Samsung Electronics in China and one of the first landmark enterprises with large-scale investment in the industrial park, the company has successively received domestic and foreign guests including former President ***, Premier of the State Council ***, Qiao Shi (Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress), and Singapore's Senior Minister Lee Kuan Yew, Prime Minister Goh Chok Tong, among others.
