Ruituo Group was formerly three wholly-owned companies registered in Russia: BOCTOK Co., Ltd., YCBEX Co., Ltd., and DBX-12 Co., Ltd. The companies in Russia mainly engage in forest harvesting, processing, shipment, and sales as their core business, with cumulative total assets reaching 550 million yuan, and annual sales volume of 270,000 cubic meters, ranking among the top five in the national industry in terms of total sales volume.
In 2009, the chairman Mr. Xi Qingjun entered the real estate industry and achieved outstanding performance. The group has successively developed and constructed Jinzhou-Oujing City, Jinzhou-Oujing Huating, Shijiazhuang-Chang'an Yiyuan project, Shijiazhuang-Yipin Huafu, Shijiazhuang-Shanshui Xincheng, and other projects, with a total development area of 5 million square meters. In 2017, the Chang'an Yiyuan project successfully obtained the first green building three-star certification in Hebei Province. At the same time, the Shijiazhuang Aircraft Factory project was smoothly initiated, and demolition began in the first half of the year, planning to build another three-star green building, achieving a renowned "technology-built home" brand, spreading the concept of green and technological residential living to more cities, bringing green and healthy new lifestyles to people under smog.
