I. Company Profile
Shijiazhuang Beiren Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as Beiren Group) is a large new retail commercial group in Hebei Province with cross-regional, multi-format, and diversified operations. The group was established on July 4, 2000, with the approval of the Shijiazhuang Municipal People's Government, through the merger of Shijiazhuang Beiguo Mall and Shijiazhuang Renbai Group Co., Ltd. It was initially a wholly state-owned commercial enterprise. At the end of 2009, it completed the restructuring of the state-owned enterprise and became a state-controlled enterprise.
With the corporate spirit of "Pursue Excellence, Strive for the First" and the mission of "Leading Consumer Fashion, Creating a Better Life," Beiren Group has continuously enhanced its strength and steadily expanded its scale through the arduous efforts of all cadres and employees.
Currently, Beiren Group owns 7 directly affiliated enterprises, including Beiguo Mall Co., Ltd., Shijiazhuang Catering Co., Ltd., Shijiazhuang International Science and Technology Expo Activity Center Co., Ltd., Huayuan Commercial Branch, Knitwear and Textile Branch, Shijiazhuang Huadu Building, and Shijiazhuang Beiguo Spring Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. Its business scope mainly covers shopping centers, cultural tourism and entertainment, community commercial complexes, logistics services, e-commerce, department stores/supermarkets/electrical appliances/jewelry specialty stores, catering services, multi-purpose prepaid cards, rental and exhibitions, warehousing and transportation, and real estate economy. It has nearly 300 business outlets across 25 cities in Hebei, Henan, Shandong, and Shanxi provinces. It has been successively awarded honorary titles by relevant national departments, such as "National Top Ten Enterprises in Commercial Service Industry of the Year," "National Harmonious Commercial Enterprise," "National Customer Satisfaction Enterprise in Commercial Service Industry," "National May Day Labor Award," "Hebei Provincial Government Quality Award Organizational Award," "National Civilized Unit," and "Hebei Province's Advanced Collective for Poverty Alleviation."
