On the basis of long-term cooperative supporting, the two shareholders jointly invested to establish the company for a higher cooperation goal. The joint venture is mainly engaged in the development, production, and sales of automotive heat exchange systems and related products, mainly providing automotive-related heat exchange products and services to Jiangling Group and its surrounding areas. At present, the company is investing in factory construction. In the early stage before formal production, we will recruit some key personnel in technology, process, manufacturing, workshop, etc. to join the early-stage company preparation, and send them to the Zhejiang Yinlun headquarters for a series of training.
