Hunan Natural Gas Pipeline Network Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") was established on July 16, 2014, as a provincial-level natural gas investment and operation platform jointly funded by Hunan Xiangtou Holdings Group Co., Ltd. and Sinopec Natural Gas Co., Ltd., in accordance with the spirit of the executive meeting of the Hunan Provincial People's Government.

The Company's main business includes: investment in and construction of natural gas pipelines; storage, transportation, and sales of natural gas; production, storage, transportation, and sales of liquefied natural gas; storage, transportation, and sales of liquefied petroleum gas; investment in urban gas projects and distributed energy projects; operation and management, commissioning operations, maintenance, and emergency repair of natural gas pipelines; development, technical consulting, technical services, and technology transfer of gas products and technologies; gas engineering design, construction supervision, production and sales of gas appliances, production and sales of gas transmission equipment and materials, and leasing of self-owned equipment.

The Company shoulders the important task of the "Gasification of Hunan" project. Relying on the natural gas resources of Sinopec and PetroChina, and based on the three-year action plan for the construction of Hunan Province's natural gas transmission pipeline network, through the investment, construction, and operation of the natural gas pipeline network, the Company strives to enhance the transmission capacity and safe operation level of the provincial natural gas pipeline network, realize the gas supply pattern of "pipelines in every county, full coverage" in Hunan Province, promote the utilization of natural gas in Hunan Province, and ensure a stable supply of natural gas in Hunan Province, thereby optimizing the energy structure, improving the ecological environment, and enhancing the quality of life of residents.
