Xiamen Humanity Hospital

Xiamen Humanity Hospital is a tertiary non-profit comprehensive hospital founded with funds from the Ren'ai Medical Foundation, which was initiated by Xiamen C&D Group, a Fortune Global 500 state-owned enterprise. The hospital officially opened in September 2018, was designated as the Affiliated Xiamen Humanity Hospital of Fujian Medical University (under preparation) in 2019, and in 2020 was awarded the highest level in the dual evaluation by the China Non-Government Medical Institutions Association: AAA in credit evaluation and five-star in capability evaluation. Located in the Wuyuan Bay area on Xiamen Island, the hospital has a planned total construction area of 330,000 square meters and 1,380 beds, and has established 43 clinical and medical technology departments. The hospital is equipped with world-class high-precision medical equipment such as 3.0T MRI, ultra-high-end CT, the latest generation of linear accelerators, dual-plane digital subtraction angiography X-ray machines, and PET-CT. It also houses the first Boron Neutron Capture Therapy (AB-BNCT) center for tumor treatment in China, the first intraoperative magnetic resonance digital integrated operating room in Fujian Province, and the first ROSA neurosurgical surgical robot in the Minnan region. The expert team assembled by the hospital includes 9 individuals who serve or have served as national vice chairpersons of professional committees under the Chinese Medical Association, the Chinese Medical Doctor Association, and other national first-level associations, 8 doctoral supervisors from medical colleges and universities, 7 experts receiving special government allowances from the State Council, and 16 individuals recognized as high-level talents introduced by Fujian Province.
