Dahansantong (430237) is an innovative communication service company operating on the "Internet + Telecom" model. The company has established branches in Beijing, Chongqing, Jinan, Shenzhen, Suzhou and other locations, and is a licensed cross-regional telecom value-added service operator approved by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China. It is certified by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Shanghai Municipal Government as a high-tech enterprise, a "Double Software" enterprise, an "Enterprise R&D Institution", and a "High-tech Service Enterprise"; it is also a key entity supported by the government. Dahansantong was founded on March 3, 2003, in Shanghai Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park. From its inception, it established a thirty-year development strategy: the first decade's goal was to become a successful enterprise; the second decade's goal, to become an excellent enterprise; and the third decade's goal, to become a great enterprise.

The first decade's goal was essentially achieved with the company's listing on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ) on July 4, 2013. During this decade, Dahansantong maintained clear strategy and persistent execution, focusing solely on one business: SMS, adhering to a strategy of concentrated advancement, and achieving expected success. Over these ten years, the company developed three generations of excellent products centered on SMS core technology, won a series of excellent clients including basic telecom operators and group enterprises, captured relevant markets both domestically and internationally, and became one of the most outstanding SMS comprehensive service providers in China. It established the well-known brand "Dahansantong" in the national communication industry.

In 2014, Dahansantong embarked on the journey of its second decade.
