Guangzhou Mingyang International (formerly Guangzhou Development District Architectural Design Institute) was founded in 1987 and is headquartered in Guangzhou. It is a technology and creative service enterprise with strong technical strength, complete professional support, and modern design and management mechanisms. It now holds a Grade A qualification in architectural engineering issued by the competent housing and urban-rural development department (Certificate No.: A144003227) and a Grade B design qualification in urban and rural planning preparation (Certificate No.: [Yue] Cheng Gui Bian (142061)). It has also passed ISO9001 international quality management system certification, ISO14001 environmental management system certification, and OHSAS18001 occupational health and safety management system certification.
