It is a Shanghai high-tech enterprise and a Shanghai industrial design certified enterprise that provides concept design, automotive styling design, complete vehicle engineering design, and consulting services for traditional and new energy vehicles to major domestic automobile manufacturers. In 2014, the sales revenue was 116 million yuan, and the net profit was 14.48 million yuan. Through independent research and development, it has mastered core technologies in automotive styling design and complete vehicle engineering design, and has obtained 17 utility model patents and 1 invention patent. The company has the core technical capability for complete vehicle design, mastering core technologies in styling, simulation, and complete vehicle integration, and has established a comprehensive complete vehicle development process and standards. Over the years, more than ten models designed and developed by Longchuang have been exhibited at international auto shows. Classic cases include the Great Wall Haval H8 and H9, Jiangling Yusheng, Chang'an Ouliwei, BYD F3, Lifan 720, and the new Dayang Zhidou pure electric vehicle. Longchuang Design has long maintained a leading position in the fields of SUV, new energy electric vehicles, and heavy truck research and development, ranking first in the country in indicators such as the number of successfully launched models, types, and total sales of models under development. In addition to its Shanghai headquarters, the company has set up multiple branches in Nanchang, Tianjin, Changshu, Baoding, Chongqing, Changzhou, etc., covering the four major regions of the country and serving major domestic complete vehicle manufacturers, aiming to provide efficient and high-quality technical services to major domestic joint venture and self-owned brand automobile groups. In August 2015, the company was the first in the industry to be listed on the New Third Board (abbreviation: Longchuang Design, code: 832954), and simultaneously issued shares and made a market. The market makers were GF Securities and Changjiang Securities. The share issuance was 3.21 million shares, raising a total of 48.15 million yuan, which was used for business development and to supplement daily operating funds.
