It currently has a production base in Baoshan of 17,000 square meters, including two automated precast concrete component production lines and one fixed table mold concrete component production line, with an annual production capacity of 300,000 square meters of industrialized buildings, leading domestically in industrialization and automation levels. While the Baoshan production base has been completed and put into operation, the Fengxian production base is under construction and is planned to be debugged in June this year. At that time, the two production bases, one in the south and one in the north, will form a scientific layout and optimized coverage of Shanghai and surrounding areas. In terms of software, the relevant technical and management team of Shanghai Jundao Housing Industry Co., Ltd. has been engaged in building industrialization for many years and possesses rich professional experience and technology in prefabricated building design, manufacturing, and construction. Significant investment has been made in research and development, with complete design capabilities in architecture, structure, and process, as well as the ability to create three-dimensional building information models through BIM technology, fully ensuring scientific production and construction of precast concrete components.
