Chongqing Youpao Technology Development Co., Ltd. was established in 2015 with a registered capital of RMB 50 million. The company is located in Chongqing Mobile Internet Industrial Park, with independent modern office space and a professional R&D and operations management team. In July 2015, the company was officially listed at the Qianhai Equity Exchange in Shenzhen, becoming the first mobile internet enterprise in Chongqing to be successfully listed on the "New Fourth Board."
As an emerging internet company, Youpao Technology independently innovated and developed the "Zubu" APP. As a task-based social platform centered on "selling time," this innovative model is the first of its kind among similar apps in China. The company has completed R&D and brought to market the "Youpao Digital Marketing Solution" software, providing technical convenience and support for real estate, home decoration, tourism, education, and other sectors, leading innovation in next-generation computing platforms.
"Zubu Car Use" is a mobility platform independently developed by Youpao Technology following an "internet + connected vehicles + car-use services" model, using new energy vehicles to provide multiple services including internet ride-hailing dedicated lines, time-sharing leasing, Zubu premium rides, whole-vehicle charter, monthly time-sharing, and fuel card processing. Users can place orders via the "Zubu Car Use" WeChat or APP to enjoy dedicated-line carpooling or services. The project R&D has been completed and brought to market, receiving widespread praise. Currently, the company has 200 self-owned vehicles, 100 rented vehicles, and 1,700 affiliated vehicles. It is expected that within one year, the fleet will reach 50,000 vehicles, and within three years, 100,000 vehicles.
In 2016, based on the internet and the "Zubu Car Use" project, Youpao Technology developed in a diversified direction, successively establishing several branches including Chongqing Lexue Shansi Education Co., Ltd., Chongqing Cheshijia Auto Beauty Chain, Chongqing Yuanlaiju Catering Culture Co., Ltd., Zhonghai Guolian New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., and Guizhou Minyuan Tourism Industry Co., Ltd., expanding into education, automobiles, catering, tourism, new energy construction, and other areas, striving to become a comprehensive large-scale enterprise group with global influence.
