Guangzhou KingMed Diagnostics Group Co., Ltd. (stock abbreviation: KingMed Diagnostics, stock code: 603882) is headquartered in Guangzhou International Bio Island. KingMed Diagnostics' core entrepreneurial team began actively exploring the operating model of medical testing outsourcing services in China in the 1990s. Based on a deep understanding of the industry and accumulated experience, Guangzhou KingMed Diagnostics was formally established in 2003, pioneering the domestic third-party medical testing industry.

KingMed Diagnostics has now developed into a leading enterprise in the domestic third-party medical testing industry with large scale, a large number of testing laboratories, a wide market coverage network, and comprehensive testing items and technical platforms. KingMed Diagnostics strictly follows international standards and is the first third-party medical laboratory in China to have both CAP and ISO15189 accreditation. Its test reports are unanimously recognized by more than 50 countries and regions worldwide. Through international benchmarking and independent innovation, KingMed Diagnostics continuously improves its testing and detection capabilities. It mainly conducts medical testing and other businesses and can provide approximately 2,500 test items for clinical and scientific research, making it one of the medical institutions in China offering a relatively comprehensive range of test items.

At present, KingMed Diagnostics has established 37 medical laboratories in mainland China and Hong Kong. Through the establishment of a four-level network comprising headquarters-level laboratories, provincial regional center laboratories, provincial laboratories, and prefecture-level and municipal laboratories, it has extended its door-to-door service network to the township and community levels, covering areas where more than 90% of the national population lives. KingMed Diagnostics currently provides medical testing services for 21,000 medical institutions, with an annual testing specimen volume of more than 50 million cases.
